START YOUR BUILD

START WITH THE RESULT.
NOT THE PARTS LIST.

We do not need you to arrive with every technical answer. We need enough context to understand what the rifle is supposed to do, what you are starting with, and what you want to change.

That gives us a useful starting point before we begin narrowing the project, services, and products involved.

CONTEXT PREVENTS GUESSWORK.

Competition, hunting, rimfire, and centerfire can put very different demands on a rifle. Tell us where it will be used and what you expect from it so we can evaluate the project around the actual job instead of a generic parts list.

01 / BEFORE THE FORM

THE FOUR THINGS WE NEED FIRST

01 / INTENDED USE

Tell us where the rifle will actually be used: competition, hunting, precision rimfire, centerfire, training, suppressed use, or another defined application.

02 / CURRENT SETUP

Tell us what you already have. Include the rifle or action, stock or chassis, barrel, optic, and any existing components that matter to fit, compatibility, or the work being requested.

03 / DESIRED CHANGE

Tell us what needs to improve or change in practical terms. You do not need to know the exact service name—describe the problem, limitation, or capability you want to gain.

04 / CONSTRAINTS

Weight, balance, fit, budget, timing, existing components, competition rules, hunting conditions, or any other limits that should shape the project.

02 / RIFLE WORK ORDER

RIFLE WORK ORDER / PROJECT INTAKE

This intake is intentionally structured like a shop work order. Give us the customer information, rifle or action, the work being requested, and the project details we need to review before anything is scheduled or ordered.

If you are unsure about a technical specification, leave it in the special-instructions field or tell us what you are trying to accomplish. We will confirm the final scope and project-specific details with you before work moves forward.

CUSTOMER & PROJECT INFORMATION

03 / AFTER SUBMISSION

FROM FIRST CONTACT TO FINISHED PROJECT

01 / SUBMIT THE PROJECT INTAKE
Share the use case, starting point, requested work, and result you want.

02 / WE REVIEW THE REQUEST
We review what you have, what the project is asking for, and what needs to be clarified before scope is defined.

03 / WE FOLLOW UP DIRECTLY
We contact you to confirm priorities, answer questions, and work through any decisions that still need to be made.

04 / SCOPE, PRODUCTS & QUOTE
We document the agreed services, project-specific products or components, expected timing, and pricing before anything is ordered.

05 / APPROVAL, ORDERING & SCHEDULING
Once you approve the project direction, we order any agreed project-specific products and place the work into the shop schedule.

06 / FINAL REVIEW & DELIVERY
We review the completed work against the agreed scope and coordinate the appropriate return or delivery process.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION IS NOT A PARTS QUIZ.

If you already know the exact components or service you want, bring that information. If you do not, bring the use case and the problem. Both are valid starting points.

Two rifles that look similar on paper can feel completely different once weight distribution, recoil behavior, stock or chassis geometry, optic position, support use, and cycling are considered together. We use the intake to understand the experience you want before deciding which variables are actually worth changing.

NOT READY FOR THE FORM?

Read Services to understand what different categories of work affect, or use the FAQ and education pages to get comfortable with the vocabulary first.

READY WHEN YOU ARE.

If the full project intake feels like more than you need, use the Contact page for a simple question. If you already know the project is worth discussing, submit the intake above and give us a stronger starting point for review.
